  Warcraft 2: Edition

Warcraft 2 is one of the first PC titles I played back in 1997 when my parents bought my very first PC. The game was great for any number of reasons. You could play over the phone line without even requiring and internet connection, you could play over and LAN (Local Area Network) , you could play a deep single player campaign, and later on Blizzard Entertainment created an internet gaming server called which allows millions of gamers from around to world to connect to each other over the internet and have massively online matches. In addition to the great number of way to play the game and its interactively over the internet another thing about the game that a few years back was very appreciated was the low system requirements. You didn’t need to have a brand new Pentium computer to play the game smoothly.
