  Budget Express
Budget express is a Canadian product that we had a chance to look at and check out. The installation had a slight hick-up reading the CD during install, it did not recognize the CD but after a couple of promptings, the installation continued and finished.

The program requirements on the box says that you need: a Pentium 200 or higher, Ma minimum of 32 Mb of RAM, sound card and speakers and will work on Windows 95, 98, NT4, Me, 2000,and XP. You need a CD ROM of course as well.

As I began filling the information that the program prompted me to include, I noticed that my resources got lower and lower and lower, to the point where I was afraid that my system would lock up. The reason for this is because the program verbally prompts you as you fill out the information about your expenses and every time the voice kicked in the resources dropped. I have a pretty skookum system and this should not happen.

The program is simple enough to use as it does walk you through everything. This program would be great for people that have a hard time budgeting their everyday expenses. It is very easy to use and could probably benefit some people.
