The Review:

After using other Razer gaming mice and the Logitech G7 Wireless mouse, I though that having Razer, with their ergonomic design, and Microsoft, with their latest and greatest technology team up might not be such a bad thing. Online overviews of this piece, boasting about the 2000DPI Laser Engine (which is variable between 400 and 2000 DPI with the 2 buttons behind the mouse wheel), Interchangeable back and forward buttons giving you the best feel for your thumb, and 7 customizable buttons in total, had me very excited.

Now, out of the box this was an amazing mouse to use, it was up there with the Logitech G7 which I have used for close to a year now. The Teflon feet were a perfect glide in those quick reflex situations while playing an FPS game and ergonomic design was heaven to my hand. In time though it started to show its weak points, they did not put very much effort into the quality of it. Within a month or 2 the left mouse button has worn out thus creating double and sometimes triple clicks with a single press, and the up and down buttons for the sensitivity have also worn out, you have to press them in just the right way to make contact. The only pros for this mouse to me are the Teflon feet and the ergonomic design.

In conclusion, this may be a good mouse for the average home user working on spreadsheets, but with a label of Precision Gaming Mouse it did not hold up to the test. I give it a 5 out of 10
